Great hotel in terms of the relationship between quality and price

BTS is connected to hotel directly. Breaksfast is quite good. Staff are really attentive and nice. Card payment is accepted.

When we first arrived, our room had a strong smell from a disgusting cleaning product or something similar. We requested to change rooms and the staff kindly helped us do it. Decorations and carpets look old and outdated.

The location was the best.Not all rooms are the best.In the beginning the rooms we got were no good it had a bad wet smell so we asked to change but later we got a room with a view which was much better.

Well wish they spoke a little bit of English cause the only thing I found difficult was to communicate easily it was done with effort

Comfort stay with great sky train connections nearby.

We stay only one night. Great location if you are looking shooping centers and good conection with center and airport- sky train stations are nearby. Great breakfast.

Our room wasn't ready but they fixed it immediately.

Good value for money, location is very good but rooms are nothing spectacular.

It is a bit rundown in places but we booked it for it's close location with direct acess to the BTS station, very easy to come and go which is important when traveling with kids and going on trips around town.

Upkeep of the rooms, shower was funky, drain didn't work properly, master switch for lights didn't work properly, it shut everthing down including the ac down several times during our stay and we had to fiddle with it to keep it on.

1) bad attitude - bell boy lingered around in order to get tips 2) bottled shampoo - room service refilled it and passed on as brand new but the bottle was dirty and sticky 3) room cleaning - rubbish not cleared 4) no toilet paper 5) room cleaning - didn’t clean the toilet but messed up all the tooth brushes

Due to misunderstanding..got charge for breakfast extra 1 kid, but didn't eat due to the f&b supervisor lady was very rude. Call to cancel the stay..you can check the record. Room are not 4 stars..

Location was good. Staff were all respectful. Only issue was language.

Cleaniness of the room. Carpet floor was dirty & table top & dresser top was not cleaned daily.

I would recomment it to ppl who dont mind the cons i mentioned, for location and skytrain access

I like the location of the hotel and the facilities, but the rooms are lil worn out the wifi stopped working, the bathtub was clogged. Its a good choice if u stayin for long time and want to pay abreasonable price. Price and location and easy access to things and places i need the only things that i would come back to the hotel for.

Although somewhat tired, I like this hotel and will stay again - if I can.

Having the Skytrain station attached is a real bonus and my main reason for staying here.

There was some confusion over my booking - not sure who's fault it was, but I got a smoking room which saved many trips outside for breaks.

Breakfast was good(not 4 star good).

Breakfast was good(not 4 star good). Location is good near malls and skytrain.

There was weird smell in the room maybe because of the carpeting which was old and dirty(fingernails in the carpet). Room looked very old. The toilet walls looked like there was mold. The view was ok but when we opened the curtains there was a lot bird feces in the apron. Not a 4 star hotel!

Good location.

4 star Hotel that's does not have the ability to provide a iron or ironing service is very disappointing. Hotel is very old, I imagine was lovely when built but unfortunately they have not maintained standards.

The hotel is well located, has 5 large malls nearby, a subway station and other facilities.

We reserved 3 rooms. 2 safes did not work, one was without the door. Two-room cockroaches. At the reception, we have a custody of money. Breakfast does not justify the amount paid.
